We had an amazing stay with helpful staff who gave us useful tips on visiting the city without overspending. The cozy hotel offered spacious and clean rooms with charming decor. The breakfast was rich and tasty, offering homemade croissants and fruit jam. Additionally, the location was convenient, with good transportation connections and parking facilities.

This hotel has a very good location, with easy access to Venice. The room and the private bathroom are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious and freshly made. the hotel provides bikes for free, which allows you to easily get to the train station. good facilities and service.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the homemade croissants for breakfast. The property had a good location within easy reach of Venice by train and had some nice nearby restaurants. Valentina was helpful in explaining the best way to get around. The furnishing, interiors and bed linen were pleasant and well maintained.

There was no milk provided for making drinks and the towels in the bathroom were a bit small. The private parking was a bit awkward and the road outside the hotel was busy which could be difficult for single travellers.

The accommodations were cozy and the host gave great advice for exploring the nearby city. The homemade croissants provided for breakfast were delicious and a nice touch. The location was also convenient since it was close to transportation to popular tourist spots.

Finding the location was a bit difficult and could be improved with better signage or lighting. Additionally, the lack of a TV or refrigerator in the room could have been inconvenient for some guests. However, overall it was a good value for the price paid.
